At a Krav Maga Academy Scotland class or seminar you will get fit, have fun, gain confidence AND learn what is universally regarded as the most effective self defence system for dealing with real life attacks and violent/aggressive encounters. We are currently teaching Krav Maga to people just like you in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, West Lothian, Lanarkshire, Dunfermline,Dundee and Perthshire, with plans for further expansion in 2012. Our students are both male and female, age from 16 – 74, come from all walks of life and are at varying levels of fitness and ability....Krav Maga is simple to understand, quick to learn (because the principles are based on the body’s natural reactions) and WILL make you more confident and greatly improve your personal safety.
Krav Maga is not like other martial arts, we have no repetitive drills or sequences of movements. Our self defence system is based on real life scenarios and weapons. we use your natural reactions and show you how to turn them to your advantage effectively and efficiently.
