Krav Maga is globally accepted as them most effective self defence tactical system there is. Here at KMAS we passionately believe that everybody has a right to be and feel safe and confident. The only barrier to learning Krav Maga exists in your mind, it truly is open to all ages, genders and ability levels. All you need to start off is the will and determination... We'll do the rest!

At a Krav Maga Academy Scotland class or seminar you will get fit, have fun, gain confidence AND learn what is universally regarded as the most effective self defence system for dealing with real life attacks and violent/aggressive encounters.  We are currently teaching Krav Maga to people just like you in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, West Lothian, Lanarkshire and Perthshire. Our students are both male and female, age from 16 – 74, come from all walks of life and are at varying levels of fitness and ability....Krav Maga is simple to understand, quick to learn (because the principles are based on the body’s natural reactions) and WILL make you more confident and greatly improve your personal safety.
