Hi guys, time to stop eating...time to stop drinking ...time to get back to training!

Firstly, thanks to all who attended the anti rape/sexual attack seminars we ran across the country pre christmas, feedback was excellent!

All classes start back on Monday the 3rd. We expect to see you all there raring to go!

New classes are planned for Fife, Perth and Glasgow..all starting soon.

We will also be starting an 'Extreme Krav Maga Fitness' class also. (more info to come)

Lets get back to work now and shed those xmas lbs and sharpen ourselves up both physically and mentally. The website is currently undergoing a revamp, with interactive forums, shop etc. all on the way!

We also have a few events, seminars and training camps/trips planned for over the new year also. all will be revealed. Of course gradings and visits from the 'top men' are scheduled.

We have 2 new instructors coming on board and we will be cross training other students from clubs in the west also. All good for OUR training!!

Kids classes are just around the corner also (please contact us for info if interested) as is more corporate involvement and private one on one tuition!

all in all a very busy time planned..however it is and always will be about you guys and the KRAV MAGA!

Get ready, brace yourselves and lets get much fitter and much safer ....starting NOW!
